FAST meetings are held Tuesdays at 7PM in 179 Dwinelle. Email ucberkeleyFAST@googlegroups.com if you would like to be added to the FAST mailing list for news on meetings. New members are always welcome to come to any meeting scheduled!

If you’d like to participate in FAST without designing or modeling, you can get involved by joining any of the following committees.
  • Show Design
    • The Show Design Committee has a big job: designing and implementing FAST’s fashion show each semester. Under the guidance of the Show Director, the Show Design Committee chooses and plans each show’s concept and executes it down to the detail: lighting, stage and floor design, music, photography, refreshments, etc. This requires creative discussions, contacting a variety of organizations, behind-the-scenes preparation, and lots of fun!

  • Public Relations
    • PR manages all partnerships and communications between FAST and all other organizations. Committee members gain valuable corporate experience by contacting businesses to distribute press release kits, gather sponsorships, and create partnerships for our shows. PR creates and maintains a positive image for FAST which is seen and recognized by the greater community.
