Each semester, Fashion and Student Trends presents UC Berkeley’s one and only fashion show of its kind and features student designers and student models. Recent shows saw enormous support from the Cal community and beyond:

• Fall 2009: MUSE: You Art What You Wear featured 25 designers who were inspired by the visionary field of art. Designers got to choose to base their collection around any artist, artwork, or art era. Over 400 guests showed up to support our designers and our 50+ models.
• Spring 2009: An impressive 500 showed up for Destination: FASHION, which featured 32 student designers and over 80 student models. FAST’s biggest show had no thematic limits and urged designers to utilize their creativity to the fullest.
• Fall 2008: Another 400 guests arrived to view STATEMENT, which exhibited 22 student designers and over 60 student models. Designers created eco-friendly clothes to make a statement against the modern deteriorating environment.
• Spring 2008: Over 400 people attended the CHARACTER: Fashion Theatrics show, which showcased 15 student designers and 43 student models with inspirations ranging from 80s urban new wave to Guatemalan tribal.
